The Honey Project honey is sourced from the central regions of Victoria, run by a family-owned beekeeping business, who have been beekeeping for five generations. Each jar of The Honey Project’s honey is unpasteurised, unfiltered and raw, maintaining its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The Saw Banksia Honey is sourced from the Wron Wron National Park in Gippsland, VIC, and has a dark distinctive rich caramel and molasses flavour.
